Ive played many pieces composed by G. Williams and have enjoyed learning them. I have taken part in playing some of the compositions he has written for a brass band as well as some duets and quartet pieces.
The piece I enjoyed playing the most was probably the duet Brief Impressions, that I played with my friend who plays the tenor horn. My favourite movement was the last one, as it was very jolly and had a catchy melody to it. We used this piece in the North Wales Duets under 16 competition and recieved 1st place for our performance.
